Jealousy
After losing her head, she realized that the rest of her body was falling apart! That filthy rotten teddy bear was jealous, and he’d ripped off her head.
The entire hideous argument began when the little girl turned four, and she was a birthday present. Teddy grew resentful of being left on the bed alone all day while she was carried everywhere.
Gazing at her body from the corner where her head landed, Dolly watched as her arms fell off. Her right leg remained attached, but the whereabouts of her left leg was unknown. She was plotting revenge, deciding how to collect her parts when the little girl entered her bedroom.
Spotting Dolly’s dismembered body, the little girl screamed, “Mommy!”
Rushing in, the mother reassembled her, and back in the girl’s arms, Dolly glared at Teddy, whispering, “This is not over yet.”

I guess with such a prompt there was going to be a few toys torn asunder and – revenge in the brew. Very Alfred Hitchcock!
Thanks for visiting Cataloging Sheila – I like to combine prompts when short on time 🙂

Brilliant, toy wars! I wonder what Dolly has up her sleeve (apart from her recently re-attached arm!)?

I think Teddy didn’t realize what he’d done! Never rip off a doll’s head, she doesn’t like that. Thnks for the kind comment, glad you enjoyed.

Looks like Teddy is going to be sorry he messed her up. Little did I know the toys fought like that. I guess I should have guessed after seeing “Toy Story.” Very amusing and well done. 😀 — Suzanne
