Scared
The only residents remaining in the small town of Miners Hill are spirits. Suzy Pence was one of those spirits. Today she was annoyed at the group of livings now wandering the streets, poking their noses into the dark corners of the deserted buildings.
Word spread the town was haunted, and the ghosts tolerated the tourists from the outside world. However, this group of livings was invasive, setting up equipment to measure their EM fields or record their voices, whatever that meant. Midnight came, and the livings began to call for them to show themselves.
Suzy gathered several of her fellow ghosts and waited. When the livings carrying contraptions she’d never seen entered the saloon, asking them to speak, they complied.
The ghosts laughed hysterically as the livings, leaving their equipment behind, fled frantically down the hill in their strange transports, Ghost Hunters painted on the doors.

It was quite an enjoyable twist to hear the story from the experience of the ghosts. It served the ghost hunters right to be that scared. They must not have been experienced. Well done. 🙂 — Suzanne

I think the ghost hunters never expected to meet one ghost, much less a group of them! So glad you enjoyed the story!
